• Please verify availability by telephone prior to booking. • A non-returnable deposit of one-third of the total rent is payable on booking. The balance is due on arrival. • Provisional bookings are held for seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit. • In the event of a cancellation, please inform us under cover of a letter. You are liable for the balance of rental in full, but we shall endeavour to re-let. It is in your interest to seek insurance against this event. • Cottages are available from 4.00pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10.00am on the Saturday of departure. • Cottages are let and furnished for the number of people specified in the brochure and on the website. • Guests are fully responsible for the cottages and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents. • Cars, boats, contents, luggage and personal belongings are at owner's risk. • All Electricity, heating, bedlinen and towels are included in your rental. • Pets are welcome and must be kept under strict control at all times. Dogs must be on a lead when outside and must never be left unattended inside the cottages. All pets must have their own bedding and must not be allowed on the furniture. • Smoking is confined to the lounge area only, no smoking allowed in the bedrooms.
